Student COVID-19 Home Test Result

As we encourage our students to test themselves twice weekly at home, we politely ask that all results are logged on the NHS website and also with the Academy (please follow Google form below).

Please can all positive results be reported to our attendance department or by emailing attendance@acklam.outwood.com

We also ask that any results that you have been waiting for to determine whether your child can attend school are also reported to the attendance department (e.g your child was displaying symptoms of COVID & therefore was absent from school and awaiting a PCR test).
