Please note that you must make an application for all of your children who attend the academy, therefore a new application must be made for your child who is joining us in September, even if they have siblings in another year group who also receive Free School meals.

All students will return to the Academy on Monday 5th September 2022.

Please see attached Transition welcome letters below from the Principal, Mr Graham Skidmore: -

Your child's safety and education are at the forefront of everything we do at Outwood Academy Acklam and we can't wait to meet each and every one of them!!

To make the transition process easier, we ask that all Parents / Carers complete the data collection form, https://forms.gle/Bnm59pwzDkW2EpKr5.
These forms are vital to ensure that your child has the best possible start with us and enables them to access all school services, including school dinners and provides us with important information such as emergency contacts and any medical issues. A data collection form can also be collected from the Academy's Reception.

Bus Routes

Unfortunately the academy no longer runs a bus service for students, therefore Bus A & F routes will no longer be available. However students who currently use or require these bus routes are covered by Stagecoach buses.

Timetables are available on the Stagecoach website - www.stagecoachbus.com. The enrichment buses will also, no longer be available for students to access after enrichment. If you think you may be entitled or need help with access to travelling expenses email eia@middlesbrough.gov.uk or visit https://www.middlesbrough.gov.uk/schools-and-education/find-education-service/home-school-transport
