Cyber Security Incident
The security of our computer systems and the data they hold is of paramount importance to us. Robustly protecting the personal information of students and families is something we take extremely seriously, and we have invested in high-quality security measures, and regularly review and update our systems in line with best practices.
However, in common with many other schools and organisations outside education recently, we can confirm that a cyber security attack has compromised some of the information we hold. While we believe the data is limited to student, and former student, names, dates of birth, addresses and parent contact information, we know that this will cause concern and we are deeply sorry this incident has occurred.
As soon as we discovered the breach, we took immediate steps to contain the incident, securing our systems and launching a thorough investigation. We have reported the breach to the Police, Action Fraud, the National Cyber Security Centre and the Information Commissioner's Office.
